Welcome to Mr. Cat, the serval. We aim to educate about servals, provide reference materials, and offer modeling opportunities with my serval, Mr. Cat. He is a tame, well socialized pet serval that lives exclusively indoors. He is declawed and very docile.

Hello,
My name is Mr. Cat.
I’m a 2 year old male serval, or at least that is what my hoomans tell me. Most people wonder why I don’t have a fancy name given how beautiful I am, but who could give me a name that accurately depicts how awesome I am? So, I remain, Mr. Cat, and I like it.
Weighing in at about 30 pounds, I am a very picky young man. I have a long list of likes and an even longer list of don’t likes. Same goes for the food my hoomans give me.
Likes:
- Watching birds through the window
- Squeaky toys
- Ripping all the squeakers out of the toys
- Tennis balls, bouncy balls, any balls really
- Jumping behind the refrigerator and hiding so my hoomans think I’m lost
- Playing in the shower or my little pool
- Sleeping
- Running around as fast as I can
Dislikes:
- In-laws (I hear I have this in common with many)
- Getting shots at the vet… yuck
- Being disturbed when I am eating – just don’t do it
Food I will enjoy:
- Rabbits
- Mice
- Rats
- Pheasants
- Chicks
- Raw chicken
- Raw steak
- Raw seafood (but, hey, some of you like that, too)
- Zupreem canned feline food
- Lettuce (I’m thinking this stuff is some form of weird grass, but I’m not really sure)
- Eggs, cooked and raw
Food I will not entertain:
- Regular dry cat food
- Vegetables
- Medicine
- Cooked meat
